Trem-Y-Ffair, Kinmel Bay

 We have established an excellent working relationship with First Choice   Housing Association who specialise in ‘Supported Housing Schemes’.  We pride ourselves in being able to offer competitive prices for schemes regardless of their size, location or value.

First Choice asked us to tender for the conversion and refurbishment work on a property bought by them to make it compliant with ‘Supported Living’ requirements.

This scheme involved:-

• New external windows and doors
• New fire alarm system
• New heating system
• New electrical works
• New sanitary ware
• New carpets and flooring
• Complete redecoration
• New car park facilities

This project was completed in November 2012
